As of December 2020, Sam is our Chef.  Born in Nepal, Sam came to Australia in the 1990's to study accounting.  During his studies, he started working in Hospitality to help pay his bills.

As a result, Sam is now a qualified Chef with a Masters in accounting!

Sam is passionate about local produce and you really should try his awesome Goat curry!
