Once we were allowed to reopen after the first COVID-19 shutdown, in June 2020 a new chef came onboard with us.
Eric is a reformed American with Italian heritage. Originally from Pensylvania, Eric has been living in Australia for more than 25 years. Typically he's been on the Morington Penninsula where he has run his own business.
Immediately prior to Eric starting with us, he was working with a Aborigingal council in Fitroy Crossing W.A.
As you might expect with an American background the serving size is (very) generous! He has a passion for the use of local produce as well as housemade pickles & chutneys etc.
Expect the unexpected on the specials, be it a pasta primavera or a chimichanga, there's always something different & exciting.
